At Synergy Sports & Corrective Massage, we believe effective corrective treatment can change lives. We combine a holistic approach with decades of experience to aid the body in self-reparation and healing. Using a fusion of bodywork techniques, our staff focuses on well-established and historically tested approaches. In addition to hands-on treatment, we assess the underlying factors affecting your function and provide education, support, and self-care strategies to enhance your long-term well-being.

Beginnings
1995-2006
Andrew Abramson, MSW, LMT, began his career as a psychotherapist after receiving his Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania in 1995. He specialized in addiction treatment while also supporting clients with general mental wellness.
Driven by a growing interest in the synergy between mind and body, Andrew returned to school and graduated from the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy (now Cortiva Institute) in 2004. This marked a natural evolution in his approach, integrating bodywork with his deep understanding of emotional and psychological health.
Andrew transitioned from psychotherapy into therapeutic bodywork, establishing a practice dedicated to corrective massage, functional healing, and the mind-body connection. Synergy Sports and Corrective Massage officially became an LLC in 2006.
