| Service Type | Evaluation Required? |
|---|---|
| Corrective Massage | Yes |
| Restorative Massage | No |
| Sports Massage | No |
| Myofascial Release | Yes |
| Craniosacral Therapy | Yes |
| Functional Nutrition | Yes (virtual option) |
Each of these modalities serves a different purpose and supports the body in unique ways. Corrective Massage focuses on identifying and treating the root causes of pain, postural imbalance, or dysfunction. It’s structured, targeted, and ideal for clients with chronic issues, injuries, or limited mobility. In contrast, Restorative Massage is a gentle, soothing treatment designed to relax the nervous system and promote overall wellness—perfect for stress relief and general maintenance.
Sports Massage is tailored to active individuals and athletes. It helps improve performance, prevent injury, and support muscle recovery before or after activity. Myofascial Release is a specialized technique that targets restrictions in the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles and organs. It involves slow, sustained pressure to release deep-seated tension and improve movement.
Lastly, Craniosacral Therapy is a subtle, light-touch approach that works with the central nervous system. It helps release tension around the head, spine, and sacrum, making it especially helpful for headaches, TMJ dysfunction, stress, and nervous system regulation.
Yes, we offer prenatal massage for women in their second and third trimesters. Please contact us directly to ensure proper accommodations are made for your session.
Expect a comprehensive evaluation (if required), discussion of your goals, and an assessment of posture, gait, or movement—depending on the service.

Functional Nutrition is a personalized, systems-based approach that looks beyond symptoms to understand how factors such as digestion, stress, sleep, hormones, inflammation, nervous system function, lifestyle, and nutrition may be connected.
Rather than relying on one-size-fits-all recommendations, we take the time to understand each person's unique history, goals, and circumstances.
For more information about our approach, please see the Functional Nutrition section below.
Assisted stretching is a one-on-one session focused on improving mobility, flexibility, recovery, movement quality, and overall function. Sessions are personalized and may include guided stretching, mobility work, corrective exercise principles, and movement education based on your needs and goals.
It can be helpful for:
- Tightness and stiffness
- Athletic recovery and performance
- Chronic tension and posture-related discomfort

These sessions can be used on their own or alongside massage therapy, corrective exercise, and other Synergy services as part of a more complete whole-body approach to movement and recovery.
Functional Nutrition
Functional Nutrition is a personalized, systems-based approach that looks beyond symptoms to understand how factors such as digestion, stress, sleep, hormones, inflammation, nervous system function, lifestyle, movement, recovery, and nutrition may be connected.
We take the time to understand your health history, identify patterns, and connect the dots between symptoms, daily habits, life experiences, and potential contributing factors.
Rather than relying on generic protocols, rigid food rules, or standard meal plans, we focus on helping you understand your body, prioritize what matters most, and create realistic strategies that fit your goals, lifestyle, preferences, and current capacity.
Who is Functional Nutrition for?
Functional Nutrition may be a good fit for teens and adults looking for a more personalized approach to health and wellness.
Clients often seek support for concerns related to digestion, energy, stress, sleep, inflammation, autoimmune conditions, blood sugar balance, hormones, immune health, athletic performance, recovery, skin health, or overall well-being. Others simply want help making sense of symptoms, lab results, or conflicting health information.
Every person is different, which is why our approach is individualized, collaborative, and tailored to your unique goals and circumstances.
We begin with a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call to discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine whether Functional Nutrition is the right fit for your needs.
If we decide to move forward, you will complete a comprehensive intake form before your first appointment. This allows us to begin understanding your health history, symptoms, lifestyle, and goals before we meet.
Your first session is focused on understanding your story. We review your intake, explore important patterns and timelines, and begin connecting the dots between the many factors that may be influencing your health before discussing recommendations and next steps.
No.
If you already have bloodwork or test results, we can help interpret them within the context of your health history, symptoms, and goals. Additional testing may be considered when and if appropriate, but it is not required to get started and is not necessary for everyone.
Testing can provide valuable information, but it is only one piece of the picture. Our focus is on understanding the whole person—not just the data.
Not necessarily.
For some people, we may temporarily reduce or remove certain foods as part of a structured trial to better understand how they may be affecting symptoms. In many cases, foods can later be reintroduced.
Others benefit more from improving food quality, meal balance, consistency, meal timing, or other daily habits. Sometimes we simply help clients identify alternatives that better align with their goals and preferences.
Our goal is not to create unnecessary restriction. We focus on education, helping you understand your options, and supporting informed decisions that work for your life.
You are not alone.
Many people come to us after spending months or years trying to sort through conflicting advice, lab results, social media content, podcasts, books, and online research.
Recommendations are tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and current capacity. We focus on realistic, sustainable progress rather than trying to change everything at once because lasting change happens through consistency, not overwhelm.
The first step is a complimentary 15-minute Discovery Call.
At this time, appointments are not booked online. To learn more, ask questions, or schedule a Discovery Call, please contact Stacy directly at stacy@synergycorrective.com.
We look forward to learning more about your story and helping you determine the next best steps for your unique situation.
