C.H.E.K Exercise, Holistic Life Coach & SOMA Therapist
In 2013 I made a life changing decision, as I began my coursework at the C.H.E.K Institute. Prior to my studies, I was like many people I know, living with chronic pain, inflammation, digestive issues, and interrupted sleep. After a very successful training, and the early years of working with clients in functional movement and lifestyle coaching, I was introduced to Guy Voyer, D.O., a French Osteopath. Through my extensive eduction with Guy, I utilize specific, groundbreaking and scientifically proven exercise techniques including, but not limited to, ELDOA, Segmental Strengthening, Proprioception, and Myo-Fascial Stretching, to reduce pain, improve clients’ posture, improve sports performance and overall well-being. I work in both group classes and 1-on-1 with clients and have seen consistent improvement in clients’ physical health and well-being. I too no longer live in chronic pain, as I practice the exercise methods and healthy lifestyle techniques of both great educators daily.
