Andrew Abramson

LMT, MSW
Owner Andrew is a graduate of The Cortiva Institute, and is certified in Corrective Massage Therapy; Sports Massage Therapy; Myofascial Release; Cranial-Sacral Therapy; and Pfrimmer Deep Muscle Therapy.® He works with professional and Division I athletes, adults, adolescents, children, and infants. Prior to studying massage, Andrew was a psychotherapist and earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He is an educator, and has instructed students on ethics, techniques, and the practice of professional massage.

Licensed Massage Therapist Jennifer has been a massage therapist since 1990. She has pursued a lifelong interest and study in holistic, natural, bodywork therapies. Her approach and focus is both physical and energetic. She customizes each session with an integrated, intuitive blend of techniques tailored to address your specific needs. Jennifer is trained is a wide array of modalities, including: Therapeutic massage, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral, Shiatsu, Thai massage, Reiki, and Reflexology

Exercise & Holistic Life Coach Rayne is trained in the following: Swedish Massage, Neuromuscular Release, Sports Massage, and Myofascial Release. She currently works with professional and collegiate Division I sports teams. Rayne was also a massage therapist for the Philadelphia 76ers.

Kyle Blackstone

Licensed Massage Therapist Kyle's focus is to provide more durability in clients, enabling them to move freely and enjoy the lifestyles they desire. After graduating from Temple University in 2013 with a major in Marketing, he gained valuable experience through a variety of Sports & Entertainment Marketing positions. Little did he know, a basketball injury in 2012 would spark a genuine passion for recovery and mobility. As this interest grew year by year, he knew it was only right to follow this wellness path. Kyle learned that while enduring the rehabilitation process is demanding, returning your body to its natural abilities and beyond is very rewarding. Outside of his career, he enjoys playing pickup basketball, traveling, spending time with family and close friends, and appreciating the little things in life like music, food and nature. In addition to sports, deep tissue, and restorative massage, Kyle offers cupping and assisted stretching.

Darcy Nick

Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Herbal Therapist Darcy trained at the Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado in 2000 where she focused on Deep Tissue; Neuromuscular; Structural Balancing; Myofascial Release; Reflexotherapy; Motion Palpation; & Visceral Massage. She is a certified western herbalist who studied in Colorado, and at the Eclectic Institute of Herbal Medicine. Darcy was raised in Iowa on a prairie, and loves gardening, the outdoors, and spending time w/her kids.

C.H.E.K Exercise & Holistic Life Coach Sandi is a graduate of the C.H.E.K Institute (California), and is certified in postural analysis, core functioning, stress load assessment and corrective exercise for muscle imbalances. Additionally she has training in achieving optimal health and fitness through practical nutrition and lifestyle coaching. While practicing, she continues to pursue her love of learning through advanced coursework in functional medicine, nutrition and a gluten-free lifestyle, and digestive function.

Michael Horne

MFR Therapist and Corrective Exercise Coach Michael is a doctor of Physical Therapy and Barnes Myofascial Release Therapist. He specializes in yoga, strength, and kettlebell training. His treatment approach uses a wide variety of movement-centered applications to enable long-lasting improvement. Clients can expect to gain advanced knowledge and training in movement, rehabilitation, and functional integration. Michael enjoys Bachata, surfing, snowboarding, skiing, & yoga.

Shanda Harris

Licensed Massage Therapist Shanda has been a Massage Therapist since 2009 and during this time she came to understand that mental health is just as important as physical health. In 2011, Shanda independently pursued and learned to meditate, which consists of regular body scans and basic mindfulness sittings. Her average weekly practice ranges from 30 to 60 minute sessions. Shanda incorporates guided imagery into some of her massage sessions. She also host s small meditation groups with a focus on visualization and imagery. In addition to meditation and relaxation massage, Shanda specializes in sports massage-she works weekly with Division I athletes.
